Turn Screen Time Into Learning Time With KUMON CONNECT

Are you one of those parents concerned about your child’s screen time? Between schoolwork, communication, and entertainment, digital devices are now an unavoidable part of your child’s life. What matters most is how they use them. With KUMON CONNECT, screen time becomes a productive part of your child’s learning journey. It transforms tablets into tools for focused study that build strong math skills and reading skills, foster early digital readiness, and encourage responsible technology habits.

KUMON CONNECT combines the proven Kumon Method with tablet-based learning, allowing your child to complete Kumon worksheets digitally using a compatible tablet and stylus. While the format is digital, the learning approach remains structured, consistent, and centered on daily practice. As a globally trusted after-school program, Kumon uses technology to make learning accessible for all students.

Focused Digital Learning That Builds Strong Academic Skills

With KUMON CONNECT, your child’s tablet becomes a tool for active learning, not passive screen time. Each day, students work on their Kumon Math and Kumon Reading assignments rather than on paper worksheets.

This focused digital experience helps your child gradually build calculation and reading skills through repetition, accuracy, and gradual progression. Once they master the basics, they can confidently move on to advanced math and advanced reading.

Through short, daily practice, your child develops consistency, confidence, and independent study habits. Over time, this steady routine supports deeper understanding and long-term academic success, rather than quick fixes often associated with traditional tutoring.

Turning Screen Time Into Purposeful Study Time

Digital devices offer opportunities for meaningful learning when guided the right way. KUMON CONNECT is designed to keep your child engaged in educational activities that matter. Instead of watching or scrolling, your child actively solves problems, reads passages, and records answers.

Even though learning is done on a tablet, children learn to work independently by finishing and submitting their own worksheets through the app. The completed work is reviewed by the Kumon Instructor, who closely monitors their progress and adjusts their study plans as needed. This transforms screen time into intentional study time, reinforcing that digital devices can be used for learning, growth, and achievement.

Building Early Digital Readiness Through Productive Technology Use

Today’s students are growing up in learning environments that increasingly include online classes and hybrid learning models. Early digital readiness means more than knowing how to tap a screen. It means knowing how to use technology responsibly and effectively for education.

Through KUMON CONNECT, your child becomes familiar with navigating a learning platform, following digital instructions, and completing academic tasks independently on a tablet. These experiences build confidence in using technology as a learning tool and prepare your child for future digital learning environments.

At the same time, your child continues to develop important life skills such as focus, responsibility, and time management.
